In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Well the work meeting went well
It took an insane amount of courage because I was so not happy to sit down and talk about this but I did it and I did it respectfully (like I always am 
) and nicely and I have no idea if things will change, I think only time will tell, but if they don't and I go to my boss in the future and ask to be moved and she won't then I can give my notice and not wonder if I should have done anything else.
