I need to whine and don't wanna wait for Flameless Friday...
Why is it that now that I've lost a pregnancy it seems like everyone I've known in my entire life has just had baby, about to have a baby, announcing the gender of their baby, or announcing their pregnancy? I feel like I have to turn off everyone's status updates on Facebook (even my own SILs!) It seems like every time I'm feeling good about the whole thing, you know, being back on the TTC wagon, etc. someone makes some kind of pregnancy announcement and its like I get punched in the gut.
To all the pregnant gals/recent mamas, not necessarily directed at you, just a whine in general about me feeling bad about myself.
Re: I need to whine and don't wanna wait for Flameless Friday...
Sorry dear, ((HUGS)). Hopefully one day soon you too can tell the whole world that you're KU. At least you can have fun in the meantime trying to get preggers with all the sexy time that comes required with trying to create offspring.
I'm very sorry to hear... ! I can't imagine going through anything like that... I'm sure it's not easy-how could it be? Just know we're here for ya-for venting, etc... ::HUGS to you, too::
It totally sucks. It doesn't matter if you're TTA or TTC, after a mc or trying for months it just plain sucks. I'm sorry you have to deal with the constant reminder.
I hope and pray you'll be on the other side very soon, love. ::hugs::
Ditto. I remember blocking 3 or 4 girls on FB after our m/c because I just couldn't stand the pregnancy announcements. Like Lore said, I hope everyone that's struggling with IF or TTCAL gets to the other side soon.
It's life's cruel trick that these things happen in waves . . . At one point in your life, everyone you know seems to be getting married . . . and then it happens again with babies. If you've experienced a loss or you're having trouble with infertility, you're being surrounded by people who have the one thing you want the most.
We completely understand. If you need to vent, come to us.
