Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. You guys might remember me asking for suggestions on how to document my DH's hockey career for him and any future kids we may have. I went back and forth with a ton of options and decided that a blog would be the easiest for me to keep updated and I like that we can share it very easily with family.
So, without further ado, please critique the blog: [[Deleted post your email if you want to see it]] It's not anywhere near complete content-wise, but it's a start.
A couple things...I linked to all the articles, but then I thought that they probably wouldnt be online forever. I then decided that I better take screen shots too. I posted them as pics in posts so when you click on them it pops up and you can read them. They look a little funny, but at this point it would be waaaay too time consuming to try to make them uniform.
Also, the right hand side where it says "feed could not be loaded" will eventually be a slideshow to a flickr album of DH's hockey pics, i just havent been able to make it work yet.
Suggestions on how to make it better, or things I should add would be great. Thanks!
(Obviously our real name is all over the blog, so I'll definitely be DDing this soon.)
ETA: Ok, I removed the link. I was already having anxiety after 20 minutes! Really though, any suggestions of things you think should be on the blog would be VERY helpful. I'm stumped.

I didn't see the blog but I always enjoy seeing like a "timeline" of where the player played. Just like to see where they have been and are headed, if that makes sense.

A blog is a great idea!
I don't have any critiques, but wanted to let you know that last time I made a photo book on blurb.com, I noticed they have a way to make a book from your blog. I saw a couple of examples of people that did this with a cooking blog, photos and all and they looked great. Just in case you want to do a book at some point.
