Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I did it!!
First two days of my new job have really been great!! I am so happy!! The kids that everyone warned me about were fine. I got to observe the lady who was teaching my classes for me and she really let the kids run all over her. Instead of doing attendance, she would just ask whos NOT here?? and everyone would be talking over each other. It was a little weird. She also kept telling them "oh your so funny" when they would behave badly. WOAH!
Today was my first day actually by myself and I straight up told them that i'd write them up if they didn't follow the rules. It was a piece of cake, they really took to me and I think we are going to be just fine. You could have heard a pin drop when I was reading or asking them questions. I am so happy that I did ok! I was SO nervous!
