Restaurant in Boston

We're going to a friend's holiday party in East Boston and we're taking the T. I'm thinking we could have dinner somewhere around the Park St. and Government Center T stops. Any recommendations? TIA!

Re: Restaurant in Boston

  • What kind of food are you looking for?  There's not too much near Park Street, but Government Center is close to Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market which has a bunch of options.
  • Fantastic steak house on Tremont St. called KO Prime. It's reasonably priced and they have $5 bar bites and drinks during the week from 5-7pm and then again from 9-11pm. The food is amazing.

In Quincy Market, I like Kingfish Hall although if the some people don't like seafood, they don't have too many alternative options.

If you want to venture to the North End, I recommend Prezza. O.M.G! Best restaurant.

    Hope these help!

  • Thanks for the recommendations! I had forgotten how close Funeuil Hall was to Government Center so I think we'll meander over there and see what we feel like for dinner. We do like fish, so we'll definitely check out Kingfish Hall.
