water softener help
Not sure if anyone can help me but I thought I'd give it a try. My water softener hasn't been working for months. My DH says he's going to fix it but he can't figure out what's wrong with it and never finds the time to call their customer service... I am sick of having residue all over my dishes!! 
It is no longer under warranty since we are not the original owners and apparently the customer service department is awful to deal with. I'll still try to contact them myself but I was wondering ... does anyone know of a company that services water softeners and charges a fair amount? TIA!
