XP from GP: My psychic friend's prediction
I have a friend who is a real psychic. I never believed in that stuff until she started "seeing" crazy things that were going to happen - a friend of ours who was not even engaged yet getting pregnant, a family that we know getting into a car accident and loosing 3 people - crazy stuff that she couldn't have just "guessed."
Anyway, yesterday, out of no where, she says "I have something I need to tell you"....
Basically, last June, she saw me and my DH having a baby girl in late summer/early fall. She didn't tell me then because she wasn't sure that I would want to know yet. But today, she had a feeling I was "ready" to know, so she told me.
I haven't told ANYONE that we are TTC, and we literally just started a week ago. But she knew that now was the time that I would be ready to hear the news.
OMG.
If we were to get pg now, we would have a baby early fall. But she says she is not good with timing - so it could be this fall (fingers crossed!!) or next. But she sees us with a girl first, and then a boy a few years later.
You guys probably think I'm crazy now, but I swear this girl has some serious abilities. She knows things she shouldn't know, and there is no other explanation for it.
I really hope she's right about this one!!!

yea, I totally don't ever listen to 'predictions' - but that's pretty crazy!
Last October, I had a tarot card reading done at a friend's bday. My reading was really really good - that I would be successful, happy at home & work and we'd be starting a family very soon. haha.
DH and I had talked about it at the time, but how funny that a year later I am pregnant. And don't worry, the tarot card reader didn't suggest anything that we wouldn't have planned or decided on our own. I think that's the important thing to keep in mind!
Also - my MIL had a palm reading and the reader said I was going to have 3 boys. I was almost hoping that our first would be a girl to break that prediction - but alas, now I'll have to worry and really hope the next one is a girl. hahaha.

I'm definitely skeptical when it comes to these things, but my friend Christine told me she just went to someone in the city and he said all these things he would never know about my friend...so, you have to wonder how they know. =/
But, on the optimistic side, hopefully she knows what she's talking about!
Yeah, I'm with Bonnie, I don't know how much of this stuff I believe (and you know your friend way better than I do clearly). That being said, how awesome would it be if she were right!? Lots and lots of baby dust to you Danielle!
