4) Do you ever miss planning a wedding and being a bride-to-be? Actually, yes I do miss planning a wedding sometimes. It was stressful from time to time, but overall I really liked it - and I miss being a bride to be (I do love being married though!)

We are going to Cancun a little after our anniversary
We have been trying to buy a house since December but that hasn't happened yet. I think we are going to take a little break or slow down the search for now. We got a puppy so he has been the biggest joy. We went to Poland to visit my dad and the rest of my family.
I miss the planning a little bit. Well maybe not the planning but I wish we could redo the wedding again. I wish I could be a bride again for one more day but o well...our lives are perfect and I wouldn't change that.

2) For our 1 yr anniversary we are I'm a teacher and couldn't get another week+ off during the school year, so we went to Punta Cana last month, are going to NYC to see a show in late October, and going on a long weekend right after Christmas; on our Anniversary, we'll probably go out to a nice restuarant for dinner
3) The most exciting thing that has happend to us (as a couple) since the wedding is/was We moved into our house and it's actually liveable!!! Which if you saw it when we bought it, you wouldn't believe the transformation; we are very proud of it!
4) Do you ever miss planning a wedding and being a bride-to-be? I honestly LOVED being a bride, but don't miss it; I've been in 2 weddings since and will be in 3 next year, so I still get a taste of weddings, without all the planning. Besides, the best part of a wedding is getting to marry your true love and now I get to spend every day with him

Sometimes. Our wedding was a disaster so I just wish I could do things differently

3) The most exciting thing that has happend to us (as a couple) since the wedding is/was Hmm... not really sure, OH! I got a new job, I'm now a school nurse and I got a job in my husbands district, our relationship is better than ever. I'm working in a preschool and I'm loving it completely!

I don't know if I would go so far as to say I miss it, but I wish we did a few thigns different. being married to my husband is the greatest thing ever, but i wouldn't say out wedding day was the best day of our life... mostly bc it wasn't what we wanted. We did it for our families though... Oh well. I'm very glad that I never have to do it again!

?DH is surprising me. We were going to stay in a b&b near the historic area we were married. Not sure what we are doing now! ?We just got back from colorado and that was a mini anniversary present so probably doing something small...

nothing too big happening yet, we are paying off debt and catching up financially before we try for kids or buy a home
?We are enjoying each other tremendously and falling more in love everyday and thats still exciting for us

4) Do you ever miss planning a wedding and being a bride-to-be? No, not really. DH and I have had some big up and downs this past year we went to counselling, which we have since graduated from. Also my best friend just got married in September 2008, so I helped out with her wedding a lot.

So, i'm a little late, but here goes:

2) For our 1 yr anniversary __my DH made me dinner. We decorated our dinning room table with some of the decorations we had from our reception. We took out the top of our weddingcake, use a Precious Moments cake top per my MIL gave us, pulled out a bottle of champagne, dimmed all the lights and had some Sanatra playing in the background. It was very, very romantic!
3) The most exciting thing that has happend to us (as a couple) since the wedding is/was not many things, we've gone on several trips which has been exciting....but that's about it!
4) Do you ever miss planning a wedding and being a bride-to-be? Yes, actually, I do. I don't miss the stress and all that, but I miss planning, and coming up with ideas and seeing everything put together. I was living through my best Friend Ashley, KappaUCF as she planned her wedding.
