What are your fitness goals for the week? I'm still busy this week so I don't know if I'll have time to go to the gym. To keep from allowing myself to totally slack off, I'll make it my goal to do 100 situps and 10 push ups every day. No snacks after 10pm.
How will you achieve them? I'll try to make it my routine to do situps and push ups when I change from my work clothes to my lounging at home clothes every night.
What are your fitness goals for the week? Well the goal would be to do my 30 mintues of exercises each night during the week including Friday. However I have a work Christmas party Tuesday and a dinner with friends Wednesday so I probably won't have time those two nights by the time I get home.
How will you achieve them? Tonight and Thursday will be easy because I don't think DH will be home when I usually do them so I have no excuse. Friday will be harder and I just need to force myself.

2. actually set a time to work out either everyday or every other day, I have a ball, some weights and the 30 day shred. I have 2 wedding in April and I need to fit into the dress I bought
My fitness goal is to at least try to go to the gym. I have been feeling pretty sick so I have only gone like 3 times since my BFP. I will be happy going 2-3 times a week.
I hit the 3 month mark soon so I hope that my m/s is going to stop then I will be able to go alot more!
To keep myself honest, I'll admit that last week I utterly failed in my goal to get on the elliptical a mere 2-3x and didn't touch the thing at all. I was pretty good about working out over the summer but have completely slacked since then.
What are your fitness goals for the week? Get on the elliptical tonight before going to volleyball. Then do the elliptical and/or the 30DS at least once more this week.
How will you achieve them? Sheer willpower? Not the best plan, I know, but that's why I didn't set any overly lofty goals for the week.
What are your fitness goals for the week? I'm going to try to get 2-3 workouts in this week, once I'm finished on Wednesday. Hopefully one of them will be getting back to yoga
How will you achieve them? I've tentatively scheduled a yoga class with a friend, so I'm hoping the guilt/accountability will do the trick!
First of all, confession: I utterly failed last week. Didn't go to the gym ONCE.
Fitness goals: Go to the gym at least 3 times this week. Try out a new yoga class on Saturday.
How to acheive them: Part of it would be getting up at the same time every day which I have trouble with. I need to get up early tomorrow and go before work, and on Thursday. My friend will join me at yoga on Saturday.
