How are my fellow Edmonton Nesties dealing with our deep freeze? Looking at the environment Canada website, we're -39 with windchill at the moment. I was so bundled at the bus stop I think I scared people LOL.

Re: Brrrr!!
In Calgary we're sitting at -27c. Woke up this morning to -32c.
I was up in Edmonton this past weekend. We had to keep pumping the gas pedal to keep the car going at the stop lights Saturday.
We're getting a chinook here in Calgary tomorrow. Supposed to be -10 Tuesday, -3 - above 0 the rest of the week!
2/40
Yup the weekend was brutal in Edmonton! It was -52C overnight on Saturday! I would of stayed in all weekend but we had a Xmas Party to go to. When I went to the store yesterday it was -44C and I couldn't believe how many people were just wearing this super thin fleece jacket things. I had on two shirts, one sweater, a winter jacket, a hat, scarf, mittens and boots! Geez, crazies! I am looking forward to Wednesday when it gets to -12C and then on Saturday 0C. Yay!!!!
I'm more looking at Thursday, where it says we might get up to plus 2
DH and I are supposed to be making a pre-Christmas visit to my family in Calgary this weekend, and we don't want to drive if the weather is going to be crap.
