Kind of annoyed with Etsy seller

I ordered an angel Christmas tree topper over a week ago. From a seller in Tennessee. I didn't think Tennessee was that far from here. She said she'd ship it priority mail, so I thought it'd be here even faster. Well she e-mailed me Saturday morning to ask if I got it. I e-mailed her back and said no but I still hadn't checked the mail. E-mailed her back Saturday afternoon and said no it's still not here. It didn't come today. I'm getting kind of annoyed. And I haven't heard from her. What do I do? Just be patient? Or e-mail her again?

At this point I don't need a tree topper because it's almost Christmas!

  • Does Priority Mail come with tracking information? That would tell a lot. I would email her tomorrow if it didn't come in the mail.

  • I don't want to bash the postal service, because I appreciate the work they do. BUT I've been having trouble with them lately. My mom likes to send little happys for us. A couple have gotten lost, and once they delivered an open empty box. You should check with the seller. I hope it shows up tomorrow!
  • In the words of Monica Geller...They're more like the US LOST Office.  I totally understand your annoyance but I'd definitely give the seller the benefit of the doubt for now.  Email her tomorrow and ask for a tracking number.  I am 99% sure Jenn is right; Priority mail has tracking numbers.  Hopefully that will help.
