  • sinful red velvet cookies

    german chocolate thumbprints

    spumoni chunk cookies

    butterscotch-pecan oatmeal cookies

    Russian tea cake cookies

    pumpkin blossoms

  • I'm excited to make cinnamon almond brittle- a new recipe for me, but hopefully it will turn out as amazing as it sounds. I also make peppermint angel drops and different kinds of caramel corn.
  • Fudge, peanut butter fudge, and carmels...maybe mint truffles but I'm not sure yet.
  • I make:

    -oreo truffles

    -chocolate drizzled hazelnut biscotti

-chocolate dipped graham crackers (the super thick yummy ones from Trader Joes)

-Chocolate hugged pretzels (easiest idea ever - mini pretzel twists - lay out on a sheet pan, put an unwrapped hershey's hug on top of each, and put in the oven for about 3 minutes.... then use an m and m to smush down the hug and freeze the tray 'til the chocolate resets)

  • I've already been baking for about a week - only a few days to go, but here's what I've done and will be doing:

    Double Chocolate Biscotti

    Cinnamon Biscotti

Peanut Brittle (in the microwave - so easy!)

    Oreo Truffles

Molasses Sugar Cookies (an easy alternative to gingerbread)

    Russian Tea Cookies

    Pecan Pie Bars

I love holiday baking (and the tins from the Dollar Store)!
