OK, so my awesome MIL has offered to let us use her house for our NYE party. I'm going to make it a dessert and drinks party.
So, what would you want to eat at a dessert party?
This is what I have so far: Monkey bread (family tradition), NYE Cupcakes (in Martha Stewart's cupcake book), Champagne truffles, Oreo truffles, Rice Krispie Treats

I agree with the bite sized idea-cupcake pops, cookies, brownies, cream puffs, etc.
And speaking of miniature deliciousness, my friend made pudding shots for a party and they were a big hit. I know chocolate was paired with Irish cream, but I forget what the white chocolate and butterscotch puddings were paired with.
Muddy Buddies
Different types of cookies
Fruit
I'd also have some non-dessert snacky items because (gasp!) some people are not dessert people.
