It's Hump Day!
Woke up to a brisk wind chill of minus 5 out there today! So I figured I'd say my good morning while I'm letting my chariot warm up. It's officially sad here now, I had to break out the turtlenecks for the first time this season.
Okay, that's about all I have until I get my XL tea in me when I get to work. Catch ya a bit later on.

Turtlenecks-yep! They've been out since October! Gonna be a few freezing days, isn't it?! Love my remote start, too! Scared the crap out of some lady who was standing near my car at the market yesterday when I started it from inside the store. Hate getting into a cold car.

I'm about to get in the car for a 2 hour drive to a meeting, then get back in the car and drive 2 hours to our office for our division Christmas party. Busy day. By 7:30am I'd already made crab dip for this afternoon.
Morning! I'm in a good mood today.
Probably because it's 8 degrees and I don't have to leave my house all day if I don't want to.

Morning! It is quite chilly here today as well! Winter is apon us, only 5 more days until it officially arrives.
I have my riding lesson today so the back of my car is filled with extra clothes to keep me warm!

I'm glad tomorrow's my Friday, it can't come soon enough. At least today I'm headed out to the stores for some sales, so I can get out of the house for a bit. It's so nice out with the sun and chill in the air.

Good morning and Happy Hump Day!! I am feeling great today. I am actually starting to feel better today from my 2 week sickness. I even almost have a voice. Plus, I have some energy =D.
I am super excited for the next 2 days too then a long vacation. Tomorrow and Friday will be easy peasy at work and then my parents will be in town to celebrate Chrsitmas with us early

DH used to do that for me, Wendi... but then got the LAZY bug... This is the best when you have street parking! I love pi$$ing off my one co-worker, too... He tends to have the 'best' of everything, but doesn't have this...
Can't wait for the weekend! Gotta finish my baking, too... did some pumpkin rolls last night and some fake choc chip cookies...

I never thought today would get here! It's my Friday again and I'm not coming back to work until the 28th! WooHoo!
It's freezing here too! I really am starting to seriously hate winter and thinking about taking my hubby up on the offer to move to Vegas (but that's a completely different story/vent!)
Mornin'!
So excited this morning. The rain has finally stopped. It has rained for 18 days straight. And...the cold came back. I say cold, but I really mean cool. Low is supposed to be 30 tonight which is a heckuva lot better than 70.
Bad news.....I get to work and the coffee machine is broken. The one day I actually NEED it...it ain't there. Boooo!
Its SO cold here....my poor dogs haven't been on a walk in 3 days b/c I can't bring myself to get out of bed in the cold weather. Its great for Hunter b/c he gets a TON of cuddle/snuggle time in the mornings but the poor dogs are about to go crazy. I think DH is going to come home for lunch and I'm going to take them on a walk.
Tonight its dinner at the ILs. We're going to break the daycare news to them tonight so it should be lovely.
aka-not really homemade ones... I took the packaged ones and cut them in 1/2 to make smaller cookies...

Karrey I was watching the news this morning and they said that this is the most amount of rain that nola has ever gotten in December and the month is only half way through! Hope it lays off a bit for ya!

I'm looking forward to a much calmer day today (I hope!). Yesterday was nuts, and I was barely able to get online. I missed you girlies! By the time I left work, my face was the same Christmas red as my shirt, and I felt like cr*p. I was convinced that I was coming down with H1N1 (I got the other flu shot, but not that one), but when I got home my temp was totally regular. N gave me a back rub to calm me down, we made some pancakes for dinner (comfort food!), and I went to bed at 8:30! Feeling much better this morning, and ready to kick a$$ and take names
