Anyone ordered thru overstock.com? I'm looking at a movado watch and it's a LOT cheaper than on other sites - same model # and everything. Can I trust it? TIA-
Re: overstock.com - legit?
Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle!

Yes, of course overstock.com is a legit site.
The only issue I ever had with them is if you need to return something. I bought a coat once and when I returend it they tried to only give me half my money back because they said it was "worn." I literally tried it on, took it off, and put it back in the box. It took me weeks of arguing with them to get my money back.
Awesome, thanks! It's just SO much cheaper I was skeptical!
Kristys- I think he's a boxer/pittie, not mine though!
Sweet thanks all!
I've had good luck with the many orders I've placed there.
My mother had a terrible experience with a product being returned.
They would specify this though, no?
I'd think refurbed would be fine for jewelry. Especially if the price is so good it wouldn't be a big deal to pay a jeweler for a possible repair if one was needed after the warranty ended.
With that said, my DH who has been in IT Manager type positions for the last 20 years has always told me to NEVER buy electronics/computers refurbed. He has basically said that, while it is always possible to get a good one, his experience has been refurbed items almost always need more repairs and have much shorter life spans than new.
