Since last Wednesday I've been thinking about who I should 'nominate' this week and I could.not.decide. Then, like a sign from the big elfer in the sky, I got an awesome package in the mail and my decision was made - Nami was the chosen one.

I just know Nami is an amazing teacher (she has the handwriting to prove it!).
She's also incredibly hilarious with a great sense of humor. Not to mention, she is THE original AW Queen and a co-inventor of the great watertower of April08.
We have a crazy comic connection with our September birthdays (30 on the 23rd, 23 on the 30th!). We also share a love of margarita buckets. And I will always have a soft-spot in my heart for her husband, who brings calculators to dinner

I don't know how, but I just knew you were going to pick Nami, so I really thought about this!
I love Nami! She is one of the A08 girls that I think I would get along with the best. She is so hilarious and her posts always crack me up and put a smile on my face, even if I am in a bad mood.
I know that Nami is a phenomenal teacher, and I think if Keith and I ever have kids, we are moving to L.A. so they can be in her class!
She and Joe are such a cute, funny couple and I'd love to meet them someday! Love you Nami!
Nami, Nami, Nami. What isn't there to say about Nami.
First, she gives awesome elfster gifts - she's is so thoughtful that way. She seems like she'd be an awesome teacher and that she really cares about each and every one of her kids. I love her amazing sense of humor and her joyous spirit.
I could only imagine seeing her live in action with her classroom! Hopefully my kids will have a teacher just like her someday!

nami is amazing! she is funny, gives great advice and offers kind words whenever possible. it's obvious to me that nami knows how to have a good time! she is g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s, and GI Joe's antics never cease to give me a chuckle. i PPH nami, and i'm SO glad she's on this board!
Nami is one the first and still one of the best April 08'rs. Her and Joe make a terrific, and hysterical couple.
I think of her at least once a week when I have to ask Dave to pull my recipe box down from the top shelf (i'm too short) and I still have her elfster note inside.
I think she is a great teacher, a great friend and her sense of humor just radiates in her smile.
I love Nami because she seems so laid back and down to earth. She loves her school kiddos and I know is an awesome teacher.
I also love Nami because she is funny and gets to the point about things. She's not wishy-washy.
OH! And she loves BACON!!!

Nami is hilarious and she sounds like she's a great teacher. I love to hear about her interactions with kids (I remember something about wearing a tiara in class.) and also the funny stories she shares about Joe. Going way back, I have to say that I loved the pic of Nami and Joe posing all serious in workout clothes. Hi-larious.

Nami is so freaking awesome, I can't believe I haven't her met yet. I would love to eat sushi with her, and people watch and hope to see famous people like her. I would love to be a student in her class because she seems too cool to be a teacher, I can only imagine her with her tiara and wand around class. She loves bacon...we need to attend the Bacon Festival in Santa Monica next year...we'd have so much bacon-filled fun!!
Overall, she's a sweetheart, always makes me laugh, the luckiest gal ever to have 2 beautiful & amazing weddings, Joe is perfect for her, and we are lucky to have her part of our board. XOXO!

nami, you are hilarious! your posts always make me laugh. i love how much you love your students. i think it is so cool you and joe have friday night sushi nights and always take time out for each other. i would love to meet you guys in person....what a fun time that would be!
