Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Breakfast = Chai Latte
Lunch = A Calzone
Dinner = probably leftover beef & veggie soup I made.

Bfast-raisin spice oatmeal
Lunch-yogurt, clementine (and about 5 hershey kisses in there, too)
Dinner-I'm on my own... lessee... may venture and do something w the venison that's hanging out in the fridge. Ribs or ? (sorry, if that grosses some of ya!-I'm very PA Dutch and meat/taters is our main dish)
B = XL tea
L = Left over sketti.
D = Dunno yet, we're going out to get our tree so we might grab a bite somewhere, if not it's probably Digorno (sp?) pizza and Jalapeno poppers.

Breakfast- Grits and toast
Lunch- SmartOne....YAY me
Supper- Cube steaks, corn, and either mac and cheese or spicy fries.
Breakfast: frosted mini wheats and coffee
Lunch: something at Karl Strauss Brewery - we're taking some clients to lunch
Dinner: pork chops with smoky black bean relish, salad, bread
BREAKFAST: Oatmeal with brown sugar, almonds and blueberries. And an orange.
LUNCH: Scallops with israeli cous cous (Actually, I'd better get cooking if I want to make this!)
DINNER: Quinoa-stuffed peppers.
Breakfast: egg white omelet, greek yogurt
Lunch: almond butter, carrots
Dinner: chicken parm, vegetables
B: an orange and 2 peanut blossom cookies
L: cheesy broccoli & rice steamer (these are easy & yummy by the way!)
Breakfast: Granola Bar
Lunch: Cereal, maybe?
Dinner: IL dinner, so who knows. I would really prefer to just eat a giant thing of Cold Stone tonight for dinner. I am jonesing for an ice cream fix big time.
And Kristy, I LOVE those steamers for lunch. They're yummy and Its also the only time I really eat veggies.
B: Stawberry pop tart and a cup o' java
L: About to have a cup of split pea soup and a lean pocket
Breakfast- Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal and a Clementine orange. THEN rememberd that the office building was offering a catered breakfast at the cafe, so I also had scrambled eggs, bacon, a croissant (sp?) fruit salad and hash browns with orange juice. I can really put it away these days, I didnt even feel full.
Lunch- Left over steak fajitas with refried beans.
Dinner- Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli.
Dinner is chicken fajitas, rice and beans.
I had a bowl of frosted mini wheats for brunch and a peppermint mocha. can you say balanced diet. lol
B: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal and Black Tea
L: Sonic -- jr. bacon cheeseburger, cheesy tots, and a grape slush
