I just noticed the quote in Elisa's signature (the cute baby must have distracted me
). I love it.
And Madeleine L'Engle - what a blast from the past. I remember reading A Wrinkle in Time so long ago, it makes me wonder if I still have it... it's so much fun to re-read books that I read as a child. Totally different perspective.
Does anyone else do this? Any certain books that you loved as a child or teen that you still re-read occasionally?
The Giver is a big one for me. I loved that book so much. I can still 'see' snapshots of the mental images I created while reading it 15? 16? years ago. Craziness.
Thanks for the inspiration, Elisa!

Re: Elisa's signature
We loved The Giver too... I told you I got to meet Lois Lowry last month, right? She was funny and interesting- she signed a copy of her latest work for Liam, too.
