Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Management bought support staff pizza today, and they invited my CWs and me- I am so excited! Free pizza- on a day I forgot to bring my lunch- YAY!

  • I was running late this morning so I didn't pack a lunch. I have no clue what I am going to want when it comes time to actually eat. I will probably end up at Chick fil A.

  • I had a lean cusine spaghetti, string cheese and winter cocoa chex mix.
  • I had 2 veggie hotdogs (24 grams of protein!), a string cheese, a bag of cool ranch chips and a Christmas cookie. I am struggling to get the 100+ grams of protein I am supposed to have each day!!!
  • I ended up going to In N Out. Sooo good!

    You should try the Protein shakes from Costco- 30g each and pretty yummy... they're not the Muscle Milk ones- they're the other brand they carry.
