Bengals' Chris Henry dead
ESPN just reported that he died this morning. This story is really bizarre. I'm very curious to see what details come out.

I didn't believe you when I read this. I immediately went to ESPN to check it out. I am stunned. He had cleaned up his act. I figured out of the WVU troublemakers PacMan would be the one to do something stupid. This kid fell out of a truck. How fast was that woman driving for heavens sake?
I don't think WVU or the Bengels have said anything yet. I sound crazy I am sure, but I watched him through hos whole college & professional career. I cheered for him in the stands. I am so sad for his life and his family.

Very sad. When I first heard about his grave condition last night, it appeared that he wouldn't make it through. I was hoping for the best. So bizarre and truly sad.
A shame --- and I know of a similar situation that happened not long ago.
He should have let her drive off. Why did he jump into the back of that truck?:(
When news broke of the accident yesterday, I could hardly believe it - but then I saw this morning that he died, and I'm even more shocked.
And just when things were starting to come together...and he left behind three kids...
I'm also curious to know just how fast his fiancee was driving and what charges will come out of that one. Sad.
It's so sad. He was really starting to clean up his act and then this happens. When they broke the news on the radio this morning I was in shock, I was really hoping he'd pull through. I feel so bad for his 3 children, they are so young and now fatherless. We have a friend who works in the Bengals organization and I guess the whole story has not been released. I guess the autopsy will answers some of the 'unknowns'.

I just keep wondering... what the HECK was she thinking? I mean eventually she was going to have to stop the truck. Was she trying to throw him from the bed? Did he make a threat against her (not saying he did, but he does have a history) and she was just trying to get away from him?
Not only that, but I'm sure she would have noticed pretty quickly that he wasn't in the truck bed anymore... Did she go back to make sure he was ok, or just keep driving?
Something just seems very off about the situation. I would like to know what she was thinking, or what caused her to try to get away from him.
we were at a charity tournament with Bengals players and CH was so much fun to watch just a real gifted athlete and after the game he stuck around for pictures and had fun interacting with the kids involved...as a Bengals fan this is one of the saddest things ever
