Re: Friday Fitness Check-In
Did you meet your goals? As expected I did my 30 minutes Monday and yesterday but not Tuesday or Wednesday. Hoping to do my 30 minutes tonight too but need to get groceries.
What kept you motivated? Nothing in particular.
Are you feeling results? Not really.
Anything else to add? Since I exercise about 1-1.5 hours after dinner, I don't end up snacking at night because I get really thirsty after my exercising so I grab something to drink and don't end up hungry or bored.
My goals for the week were: Do 100 situps and 10 push ups every day. No snacks after 10pm.
Did you meet your goals? Not even close. I did 50 situps Monday night. FAIL.
What kept you motivated? n/a
Are you feeling results? I am feeling the results of not working out, and they are not good. I am on vacation for the week between Christmas and New Years so I hope to get to the gym every day during that period.
Anything else to add? I hope you all had better weeks than I did!

Are you feeling results? I actually wasn't feeling all that well this week so I actually feel a bit lighter, but that is not from exercise

My goals for the week were: Um...I don't remember
I think I wanted to get on the treadmill at least twice this week.
Did you meet your goals? I got on it once (man, it makes my quads burn!) and did Level 3 of the DS once. I'm going to try to do one or the other sometime today. I also played volleyball Monday night as usual and will be playing in two tournaments on Sunday.
What kept you motivated? The wedding I'll be in in less than three weeks.
Are you feeling results? Not particularly.
Anything else to add? Would it be possible to post a link to each Monday's goals post in each Friday's check-in post? Or, to make things easier on yourself, you could just do one post on Friday and make it both a check-in and goal setting post for the following week. Just a thought!
I always have to go back to "My Posts" and find the Monday post to remember what I wrote for goals. I'll start posting a link (here's this week's btw http://community.thenest.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/27650776.aspx) Switching to just one Friday check-in/goal post could work.

Did you meet your goals? Yes! I went both Tuesday and Thursday mornings
What kept you motivated? That it's only two days, and if I don't know, I'd be letting my work-out buddy (D74) down!
Are you feeling results? Not really... just going to keep it up
