Good luck! I was very successful on WW a few years back. It does work if you follow it correctly. Let me know if you need any tips for good snacks/meals that are low points!

Yes, you CAN do it! This is a great time to start - the next 2 weeks are always the worst (at least for me) for eating, so itf you've got a plan to stick to it will help. Good luck!

Way to go! I'm on WW right now, well I won't be on it while I'm in Hawaii Stick out tongue

but I plan to buy another package when I get home. It is a great program (lifestyle change, not a diet) and you will do GREAT. Keep us updated, I'm rooting for ya! Smile

Good luck girl! It's good that you picked the ones with the meetings, I'm signed up on the online one right now, and I fell off the wagon several weeks ago and haven't gotten back on.

Post more about how you're doing - it will be good to commiserate and support each other! and yeah, I can recommend some great WW recipes (that were on their website) - we made one of their lasagnas and chicken pot pies, and they were both awesome!
