weekend plans?
Nothing interesting happening here. I'm making some of DH's favorites for his birthday this weekend. Tonight we're having mushroom rice and homemade egg rolls and Sunday I'm making red beans (gag me!) for him.
My stand mixer has been shipped, so I'm hoping it comes in this weekend so I can start my holiday baking!

I'm hoping that we will be trapped in our house drinking cocoa.
That sounds great! We did all our shopping for the weekend so E and I will be staying home all weekend. You should make the white chicken chili I have in my blog, it's so easy, quick and delicious!
Going to the mall b/c DH is last minute..ugh!
SO excited about this weekend...making pot roast, cleaning house a little bit and making family gift tins!

Mostly wrapping up final Christmas stuff for us.
Mr. Shoe and I finished our canning last night. I need to make the turtles this morning, make my candy tins and go deliver. I also need to pick up my brothers gift and a last minute gift for my mom and dad from peanut. And hopefully run to Sam's. And hopefully make it to church this afternoon.
Tomorrow I'll finish my candy deliveries and wrap the rest of our gifts. And cook dinner.
I'm tired just typing that.
