I'm going crazy here.
DH and I are OOT with his grandparents, both of whom suffer from severe dementia. I think I am going to lose my mind. They do the same things over and over and can't remember anything. It is so sad and frustrating! Sorry, just had to vent.

did you get the caregiver thing figured out though? Maybe you should take a road trip and visit the hermit uncle!
Vent away! My uncle has alzheimers and dementia, apparently. Anyways, it's so hard to handle and his wife is absolutely loosing her mind. I can imagine how hard it is being OOT with them, especially when you aren't used to it and don't know their likes, habits, etc.
