Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Yep, one whole dollar for all that. Apparently his son told him they can't afford anymore (bullshit I say) and "wishes" he could, they just don't have any more business locked in yet to say they can afford more so he said his son is hoping next year we land all this potential business and can afford to "give us what we truly deserve". Pretty much all I heard was "I'm sorry......I'm sorry"
Well, I guess I shouldn't complain, at least I still have a job and a job I enjoy coming to.

Actually Twink, my raise last year was not my first. That was my first since the explosion. The first 2 years I was here I got a raise of $1.00 each year, then the explosion happened and no raise, then last year $0.25, now this year back up to $1.00, so no, I'm not going to complain, I fully understand $1.00 is way more than most people get.
I just felt like he was hyping up more than that by using the term "numbers I'd be happy with".
Oh well, I still love it here.
