Since today is my last day of work it is also Kaitlyn's last day at day care. Her teachers are so sad that she is leaving that any time it is talked about they get choked up and change the subject. As a gift for Aaron and I they put together a book with pictures of everything she did while there and also gave us the pics on a CD to have.
It was hard to put her in Day Care and I am glad we did. If i was at a job i loved then i would have no problem leaving her there. I am not upset in the least to be leaving my job, but i am a little sad that kaitlyn will be leaving day care.
Re: Kaitlyn's teachers
wow, they seem to really love her! would you consider keeping her in day care for a 1/2 day once or twice a week? could give you a little flexibility to get some other errands/stuff done and you know she is in a safe place?
or at the very least, you probably have some great babysitters available to you!
