I am so excited we are getting dish today so no more dealing with TW.  I have had them for years and really dislike them.  Soooo we made the switch.  Just thought I would share!

    I hate TW and their shitty customer service!  We switched to DirectTV a few months ago and couldn't be happier!

    I hated TW also, soooo glad we switched to Direct TV.  My DH told me today that TW and Fox studios haven't come to any agreements on their contract so if they don't by the end of the year, pretty much any Fox channel won't be carried with TWC.  No Fox, fox sports, FX, etc.

    It's just an example to me of how different experiences are. We've had a great experience with TW. Of course, we switched to TW from Cincy Bell - and frankly, CB makes ANYONE look like geniuses.

    We only watch one FOX channel and we'll just watch it online. Although I find it highly unlikely that they won't make a deal.

    I'm so jealous! My DH refuses to switch to DirectTV because they don't have the Versus network and my DH is a huge hockey fan. It's a bummer because TW customer service is a complete joke in Dayton compared to Cincinnati. I hate dealing with them!
