As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

T&P's for M & his brother... **Updated**
They're renting a car and driving from Newark to Orlando. They sat in line at the airport for a few hours to talk to Delta and they have NOTHING going out before Christmas Eve!! This has turned into such a headache now. I tried to convince M to just get accommodation vouchers from US Airways and then stay somewhere until their flight Tuesday morning back to LAX that I managed to get them. But he's determined to make it to Orlando, so they're renting a car as we speak right now. I just hope the roads have cleared up and they don't run into anymore problems between Jersey and Florida. Ahhh I'm going to go crazy worrying about them all day today!! Thanks girls for letting me ramble : )
8:45am update - They couldn't end up renting a car because of age requirements... M is less than 3 months away from his 25th and they still wouldn't make an exception! We pretty much gave up all hope and just accepted the fact that they were going to miss the tryout and they'd be coming home Tuesday afternoon. Then my smart hubby decided to check EVERY airline at Newark to see if they could get onto any flight to Orlando. And they DID!! Continental had TWO seats left on a flight this afternoon that will get into Orlando around 7 tonight. SUCH a relief! So they'll be able to find a Walmart or something hopefully so they can get clothes... They didn't pack enough bc they thought they were coming home first before heading out there. What a freaking nightmare this has been! At least they've got tickets down to FL... Now lets just hope the flight doesn't get canceled : )
4:30pm update - They landed safely in Orlando! Now keeping fingers crossed they can find some nice looking "business" wear at a Walmart or Target since they didn't get to come home and repack what they were planning on wearing tomorrow. I will be SO happy once tomorrow is all over with and Matt is home Tuesday!

We're about 70 mi west of Newark... and we got about 6" of snow...(DH works near there, though...) however, I know Newark got hit hard, so glad they made it to Orlando!!!
