Could be a combination of things. If she did indeed have an eating disorder, over time, eating disorders place a lot of stress on the heart.
So, if she was in a long cycle of starve/purge/binge or whathaveyou, combined with drugs (prescription pills/cocaine et al) then a heart attack is not a shock.
I agree, she was too young and it's a shame she became a victim of Hollywood's pressure on it's starlets to be 'young, thin and beautiful'.
This was my first thought when I heard.
I know! This story is so sad...
They are saying that she has eating disorders and they found a lot of prescription meds at her house.
