Where are you?
Hey Ladies,
It's definitely quieted down around here. Where are you spending your time? Busy with holidays? Other boards?
I"ve been spending some time on the Family Matters board. Talking about SNARKY....lol... wow. I mostly lurk, but some of the attitude that comes from the board is truly astounding. It's like the P&E board of the Nest.

I have noticed it has been really quiet around here too! I have been extremely busy at work trying to meet a ridiculous deadline that senior management has set. It will be a miracle if we meet it.
My husband and I are also aggressively looking for a house. We rent an apartment and are ready for the "next" step. Purchasing a home in the crazy market in CA has proven to be very difficult. Almost all offers we make compete with 25 other buyers. It will be like winning the lottery when we finally get a house.
I don't really hang out on any other boards. This is the only one.

Yeah, with us getting a dog before New Year's, I'm on the Pet board too. ...Gotta watch what you say on that board. You never know what will offend people.

I work as an RT at a local hospital so we are super busy right now so no nest time but I check back here every once and a while. I do go to the GP on the nest & Nurseries Board on the bump (theres some really creative ladies on there, the nurseries they post are awesome)
I've been a little busy with the holidays, too. I had to work my little fingers off to get all my projects done in time for our gift exchange with my parents this weekend, but I managed it!
I don't really go to other boards, either. I lurk a little on the crafts board, but it's kind of slow and sewers seem to do more posting than knitters, so I don't have a lot to say.

I'm here too - just don't have much to report. I come online daily though if anyone wants to chat.
I'm working on a new client site where I can't get on TN during the day :-( and at night I've just been too busy around the house getting ready for holidays to sit down with the computer. I miss everyone!

Life has been crazy busy.
Late Sunday night to early Thursday morning we had our NYC/NJ trip which was AMAZING! I got home, took a nap, taught my classes, then on my way home my BM called to say she was heading to the hospital to have her twins, so I watched their kids overnight and half of Friday.
After that, it was a last minute rush to finish my family Christmas prep (we celebrated Saturday because my brother will be out of state for work over Christmas... so sad).
Sunday was normal church activities and unpacking.
Yesterday was errands and chores and a youth group gift wrapping event with DH.
It has been such a whirlwind that it's not even 10am here and I'm ready for a nap!
