Can you email me about your townhouse? We live in Mariemont now, but we're over on Madisonville Rd in the apartments they are going to tear down to build new condos! They said we have 12-18 months, but we are going to start looking in January just so we don't have to worry about it. We've been looking at some of the townhouses and were going to look more into it soon. Anyway, enough rambling, you can email me with any details or what not!

Re: **TimmysGal**
Hey. I am going to take some pictures of the place and post them online after Christmas, and I will email the pics to you as well.
It's not large, but it's not expensive and it has a dedicated parking spot in a driveway off the alley and it's very quiet. We have been very happy. The bedrooms are decent sized and the one that is the master is really quite large (IMO) for a historic home.
Tiny closets, but there is a basement with W/D hook up with lots of storage room.
So I will keep you updated!
We looked at a 2BR on Chestnut St across from the Middle School and there were good and bad things about it. Good was that it had a dedicated dining room area, but bad was that the galley kitchen wasn't even really a galley kitchen--it didn't even have a full size refrigerator or stove or dishwasher. There were definitely some things we had to give and take on.
In our place we do not have a dining room, but we can find a 4 person table in our kitchen to eat there, with plenty of room really. The living room is small, but it's spacious enough for a couch and a second chair or a small love seat. We also have a desk in the room too. If someone did not have a desk in the living room, there would be more space, but my husband refuses to move the desk to our bedroom, so I gave in
I will take pics and show you after we get our Christmas tree down and I clean the place--it's so cluttered right now because all we have been doing is working and getting ready for Christmas!
