I need a break!
Thank goodness for a 3 day workweek and then a 4 day weekend--I NEED IT!!!!
We still havent found a new sitter for Bebe yet, and the applicants are spooking me out. If we don't find someone awesome I am staying home for sure.
My nieces were here last week and my life just flipped upside down. Having two four year olds in the house was a challenge, especially because one of them is a nightmare. DH ended up having a talk with her mom and telling her we can't have said niece here any more because she is just a nasty person. Seriously. A four year old who only finds joy in being nasty to others. Fun.
I will be the last Novembie to get her cards out, sorry ladies.
I haven't finished my shopping and I don't even buy for that many people any more! Good grief!
My poor husband needs some alone time with me and I just haven't had the energy to give him. Poor guy walks around like I kicked him.
My boss was gone the last two weeks--his father died--and I have put in over 100 hours in those two weeks. Thats way too many hours for someone with a baby at home. I deserve a break.
I have had no time for nesting and its starting to irritate me!! Grr! I need my Novembies!

Oh sweetie what a plate you have been dished. I hope that your three days go by swiftly and that your 4 are very relaxing and full of lots of family time. Poor R needs some TLC.
GL on the bebe front too....maybe this is just a way of saying that staying home is the right thing for you.
Oh and I will be happy to get a card after Christmas. Prolong the festivities as long as possible.

Wow-sorry it's been so much on you lately! I can't imagine being that tied up AND having a baby! Plus, the other stuff!
SD used to be sort of 'nasty'... but at 4 vs. much older, that's just hard to deal with!

But really, I hope you enjoy your Christmas break and de-stress! And I'm sorry you are having bad luck finding a babysitter. We're going through the same thing (mostly because I am having trouble thinking that I have to leave my little precious man with anyone else for 8 hours a day).

Oh and I hate nasty children. My brother had a friend growing up who was just mean to the core for no reason what so ever . . . his parents were lovely people, he was just born a jerk.
