Here's the deal.
I have my Christmas cards designed and ready to go go go, but Wal-Mart is being azzholes and making me get a signed release from my photographer (even though she called and told them it was okay already) because we used the pictures from our photo shoot.
So just when you think all the Novembie cards are done and out, you will get mine. Hopefully in time for New Years!

Our Wal-Mart is stupid. I should have thought it out better, I had this same problem with our wedding pictures that I tried to print. I completely forgot about it.
Supposedly the photog is going to fax the release over today. I feel bad bugging her too much b/c she's recovering from surgery but she wasn't too mad!
Wow... glad I didn't go thru Walmart! Then again, we took our pics, ourselves (sorry, DH is not into having the SKIDS pics out and about, so we only did that for family-otherwise I would have sent those)
You know you can just type up your own release form in word doc and sign your photogs name
OR Do what I did when walmart was giving me a tough time...
I made a HUGE deal out of it, said I had already had these photos printed once or twice before and that they DID have a waiver on file (they totally didn't, I never gave them one) I made a big stink about them loosing it and that I have never had this issue before with printing these pics because they had the release on file.
hahah totally got my pics....AND they were by several diff photogs!
