We are having a very low-key Christmas, mostly just us..
But we are having 2 family friends over in the morning so I wanted to be sure that we have stuff for breakfast. I warned them we don't have coffee or a coffee maker.
Is this enough? Pancakes, fruit, eggnog, orange juice, tea. Should I get some other stuff? I'll probably make fruit compote with the fruit.
Re: Christmas breakfast
You could always add some muffins to the mix too. I'm doing Belgian waffles, fruit, a sausage-egg bake, OJ and muffins for 7-8 people. I think what you have is enough but I'm sure you could add one or two more things if you wanted to.
Sounds good to me!
I am making a breakfast casserole (eggs, bacon, potatoes, cheese, etc) and blintz's.
Maybe eggs and or meat for some protein? I am making this:

It seems super easy, and I am substituting frozen shredded hash browns for the fresh potatoes to make it even easier!
I also like to make a breakfast strata when I have guests over because you make it the day before and it sits overnight... just pop it in the oven in the morning.
