Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Sorry I couldn't make it to dinner. I am soooo bummed! 
Word on the street is that a train derailed going into Alewife so they were busing from Harvard to Porter, Davis, and Alewife.
The sad part is that I left work early at 4:15 to hopefully get a step ahead and a train was waiting at Kendall when I got to the station. I got on, thought this was great, then they made the announcement.
I got to Harvard around 4:40 (normally takes 5 minutes, if that) and had to wait outside until I got a bus at 5 (and I was near the front of the line!). Was on that until 5:45-5:50 and then had to walk to my car. So at 6 I was finally on the road. With rush hour traffic is usually takes about 45 minutes to get there but there was an accident and a medical emgerency on 95N so I knew there was no point in trying to make it.
