One of my managers just came up to me and said:
"You're almost done here, right?"
"Yup, 31st at 1:00pm I'm outta here [insert big smile]"
"Are we going to do any training...to hand off your stuff?"
(Me in a very sarcastic tone) "I don't know...are we? You're the manager and I've been reminding you since October...so it's your call"
"hummm....."
Then he walks off and goes to speak to my direct manager - I can hear the mummers threw the wall and it's getting louder....LOL

My work was like this. Some of my major clients didn't even know I was pg until a few days before my mat leave because I didn't want to tell them because the logical question would be "who will be handling our account in your absence" and my dumbass bosses refused to do ANY transition planning at all. I reminded them CONSTANTLY about the horrible transitions on files for a few people who had recently quit, to try and get them to help me work on a transition plan, to no avail.
