A couple years ago while playing softball someone slid into his wrist and it has bothered him ever since. A few weeks ago while bowling he felt a little pop and it has been painful for him, so much so that we haven't been able to do much around the house. He can work for a little while before his wrist hurts too much. And seriously, who gets a bowling injury?! ![]()
Well he *finally* went to the Dr. last night and he thinks that DH broke a small bone in his wrist and it possibly keeps re-breaking. He had x-rays done and if they come back negative he has to have a MRI done. A broken bone=surgery b/c it's so small it's too hard to reset itself with just a brace or cast. No broken bone=hand therapy.
DH was so cute b/c he said that he wasn't even worried about the pain, he was worried about being able to pick up his own child with a weak, sore wrist.
This got long, sorry!
