Corn chowder anyone?

I'm so in the fall mood! Yesterday I went to my local farm stand and bought some really fresh corn. Today I made the most delicious chowder. Warning: it's very rich and it's pretty labor intensive, but worth it. Freezes well.

5 cups of fresh corn (5-10 ears depending on size) cooked and taken off cobb. Set aside.

3 lg potatoes diced, cooked, cooled

1/2 stick butter (double for flavor if desired)

1 lg onion chopped

1c celery chopped

4c light cream

2c milk

salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion and celery in butter in large pot. Add cream and milk. Bring to boil over medium heat, then add corn and potatoes. Heat thoroughly.
