    5) What did you get your DH? a battery charger for the cars, a light up car dealership (similar to dept 56), a few car models, calendar, magazine subscription, ornaments, tin car signs, underwear (haha), 2 shirts..

    6) Do you know what you are getting for Christmas from your DH? I have some ideas, but Im not quite sure which it will be...  :)

    4) Any special traditions?  Anything "new" this year? Nothing new. Just our picnic dinner of appetizers on Christmas Eve, opening one small gift on Christmas eve and Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls for breakfast Christmas morning. That's all the "tradition" we have. HA!

    5) What did you get your DH? Books, comics, a bathrobe and some legos. We had a small budget this year.

    6) Do you know what you are getting for Christmas from your DH? I know I'm getting books, since that's pretty much all I wanted. Other than that, no.

    1) How many Christmas' is this with your DH?  How many before being married and how many married?  3/2/1

    2) What are your plans for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day? - Church, Meals, etc.  We're driving to NJ and visiting briefly with one aunt and uncle, then having lunch with my aunt/godmother and then going to another aunt's house for the Feast of the Seven Fishes.  Then we'll drive home to PA with my parents, so we can all be here for Christmas Day.  My brother and his daughter will come a little later in the day.

    3) What do you traditionally have for Christmas Day meal?  We started a tradition of making gourmet pizzas last year (our first in our home).  Other than that, we munch on things all day.

    4) Any special traditions?  Anything "new" this year?  not that I can think of

    5) What did you get your DH?  PSP, some games for it and clothes

    6) Do you know what you are getting for Christmas from your DH?  no clue

    Merry Christmas everyone!!!

  • 1) How many Christmas' is this with your DH?  How many before being married and how many married? This is our 5th Christmas together (total), 2nd Christmas married.

    2) What are your plans for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day? - Nothing Christmas eve, except maybe snuggling/ :o)  Christmas day we'll go to my 'rents house for lunch (with all of my extended family) and to open gifts with them, pick up step-son from baby's mama, go in inlaws house for more gift exchanges.

    3) What do you traditionally have for Christmas Day meal? Ham. And lots of drinks...my family likes to drink. ;o)

    4) Any special traditions?  Anything "new" this year? Nope.

    5) What did you get your DH? Nada. We haven't exchanged gifts for the last two years. Instead we take a trip the following year. We're going to Vegas in March...thats our gift to each other.

    6) Do you know what you are getting for Christmas from your DH? Nada.

  • 1) How many Christmas' is this with your DH?  How many before being married and how many married?  This is our 7th Christmas together- 4 before we were married and 3 since.

    2) What are your plans for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day? - Church, Meals, etc.  I took off today and I've been running around like a fiend trying to finish up last minute errands.  Now I have to bake some cookies, make some truffles, and wrap gifts.  Hopefully I'll have that done by the time DH gets home from work and we can finish decorating the tree. Definitely left it till the last minute this year Embarrassed  We're skipping Christmas Eve with my family since we've got so much left to do and DH will be tired by the time he gets home.  We'll see everyone tomorrow anyway. We do breakfast with DH's family and then go to my parents' for an early dinner.

    3) What do you traditionally have for Christmas Day meal? We do breakfast with DH's family and his mom makes quiche and muffins.  Dinner at my parents' is usually ham and lasagna, I think.

    4) Any special traditions?  Anything "new" this year?  Does scrambling around like a nut on Christmas Eve to finish everything I should have had done weeks ago count as a tradition?

    5) What did you get your DH? Subscription to a magazine, Holga camera and flash, a couple of books, and a gift certificate to the seafood market where he buys fish when he makes sushi.

    6) Do you know what you are getting for Christmas from your DH?  We've actually been exchanging a gift each night this week, so I have most of my stuff already.  So far he gave me a book, a little penguin toy, and some DVDs (My Name is Earl, Scrubs, and the Godfather box set).  DH has a really hard time shopping for me since I'm not really one to drop hints about what I want.  He said he felt bad because all the DVDs were kind of like gifts for him, too, since we both like the shows. I just like spending time lounging around with him, so I think it's a great excuse to hang out and do nothing all weekend while we watch them.  To me, that's the best gift ever, so I think he did good :)

  • 1) How many Christmas' is this with your DH?  How many before being married and how many married? 10 but 9 officially, 5 married

    2) What are your plans for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day? - we are at my sister's house for the haul; some of her ILs may be coming tomorrow for breakfast or lunch

    3) What do you traditionally have for Christmas Day meal? sometimes we have a standing rib roast but smaller crowd this year. Our traditional meal (which we started 5 or 6 years ago) is appetizer dinner Christmas Eve - it's more casual, we get to pick at stuff, and try lots of cool different things.

    4) Any special traditions?  Anything "new" this year? something I am starting now that my parents did for my sisters and I each year was a special ornament. I really cherish these and they help me flashback to my childhood. I'll be doing this for ds each year.

    5) What did you get your DH? I can't remember what I brought. lol. His bday is the 30th so everything is kinda clumped together. I did get him a cologne sampler that has a coupon for a full bottle of any of the scents in the pack, a sweater, a coat. not sure what else.

    6) Do you know what you are getting for Christmas from your DH? not a clue. i think some sweaters. i didn't give him any ideas so he was on his own

    Merry Christmas everyone!!!
