What is your skin regimen for your face?
At first I was just going to ask about wrinkle creams/serums/magic potions, but I am also curious what others do for their entire face on a daily basis.
Please share your product raves. There is a special place in my heart for anyone that throws me an idea or two for my aging skin.

Our Family Blog
I use cosmedicine healthy cleanse, which is a cleanser/toner in one according to the peeps at Sephora. I use that with my clarisonic, which I LOVE. For moisturizer I use Clinique moisture surge.
Kiehls makes an excellent eye cream called Abbysine eye cream. I use that when I remember.
I am totally weak when it comes to anti-aging products! I have sensitive skin, so I don't know how helpful this will be for you, but:
In the morning, I use Dermalogica ultracalming cleanser. I used Dermalogica gentle toner, and some skinceuticals stuff before dermalogica moisturizer/sunscreen. (I don't remember the name of the moisturizer, but it comes in a white tube and is green.) I use oil of olay eye regenerist stuff around my eyes, and oil of olay total effects on my neck & upper chest to fight the seven deadly signs of aging/sunblock.
At night, I use the same cleanser, but then just eye regenerist & moisturizer--some purple oil of olay stuff.

My 101
I use Origins. I have super dry, sensitive skin. I cleanse with Pure Cream, then hydrate with Make a Difference tonic and Make a Difference moisturizing cream. Two/three times a week, I use Modern Friction which is an exfoliater.
My only "aging" related problems are dark circles and teeny, tiny wrinkles at the corners of my eyes (though that's probably more due to dryness than age.) I just started sampling Origins' Perfect World white tea serum. I'll let you know if it made any difference.
My number one ingredient for great skin is classic H2O. Drink, drink, drink! (and sunscreen. Do not skimp on the SPF.)
