Experience with local TA's?
We travel pretty regularly, so I haven't used a local TA since my 1st trip to Mexico nine years ago. What has been your experience with local TA's?
Am I going to get a better or just as good deal on expedia or orbitz?
DH and I are looking to book a week-long 2yr. anny trip to Cancun in June. Money is a little tighter than usual, so I'm just looking to find the best deal out there at a nice hotel. Not worried about booking through websites for security reasons, just trying to find the best price.
Any trips would be appreciated.

I haven't used a TA for years but my former company used First Discount Travel for all of our business travel. They were nice to work with but I have no idea if the prices were better than Expedia or Orbitz.
I've heard good things about CheapCarribean.com and discountallinclusive.com. And you can check resort reviews on TripAdvisor.com.
Also check out Travelzoo.com. They send weekly emails with deals from many different travel sites. We found both our Italy trip and Paris trip there. We're hoping to do an all inclusive beach vacation next.
