How long can soup keep?
I'm hosting our annual holiday dinner on Saturday and with B man around, I'm trying to get stuff done in advance as much as possible. I'm making a butternut squash soup as a starter and was wondering when you think is the earliest I could make it and refrigerate it before serving on Saturday...
