A True Christmas Miracle

I know that one of us will be especially touched by this. Hope it's not too close to home.

Re: A True Christmas Miracle

  • wow, how amazing!

I hate to even think of what that poor father/husband was going through.  I get weepy every time I even think of how strong yet how scared DH was when I was in the emergency room and the ICU.  He was there for me and being my rock, but every time he'd come during the visiting hours, you could see his eyes were red from crying.  As traumatic as an experience as it was for me, I'll never truly know how horrible it was for him.  I never cried, not until I was out of ICU and the day before I went home.  The whole time, I never felt like I was "about to die", I just kept thinking that I have to be strong, I have to keep it together so I can go home and be a Mom.  I don't know.  Anyway, I pray every day for you guys that are pregnant, that you have safe births.

    Blah.  now I'm crying!
