Lucy Elizabeth 10.27.12
1. buy a house!
2. lose the post-wedding weight, and become more fit/active/healthy overall
3. find a hobby, whether it be taking a class, or joining a club or activity.
4. start a serious savings for the future. this might require a higher paying job... so thats on the list too!
Re-join the gym and start actually using it... have to lose the weight I've gained since the wedding. Lately I just feel gross.
Get some paying clients and get this catering business started.
Get our house sold, find a new job, move to a new city and get pregnant... hopefully in that order.
Keep our spending in check/savings goals on track with all the events/travel we'll have going on this spring (friends trip to TN, sister's shower in IA, sister's bachelorette in TX, sister's wedding in TX, first anniversary trip, friends trip to the beach... while it will be fun, I'm hoping we can do it without being broke too)

Married
~Lose all the baby weight and then some. I want to be healthy for my family.
~Cook for my husband. I have a cookbook but haven't opened it yet. My goals is to cook 1 meal out of it a week. Maybe I'll finally contribute to J09 cooking blog then.
~Figure out what I want to do with my life career wise. I'm not doing what I have my degree in and would like to figure out what will make me happy.
~Be a great mom...this isn't so much a resolution, but a worry.
~Get serious about moving. That's our goal, we just need to figure out the plan.
This year I would like to:
1. Exercise more/lose weight/sit on the couch less - I've become lazy lately and I want to change that
2. Learn to cook healthier - DH is a really picky eater and I want to find things to cook that we'll both like
3. Spend less money - I tend to buy unnecessary things sometimes. If I watch my spending now I'll have more to spend on important things in the future
Get back to the shape I was in in June-which means a healthier lifestyle altogether, but mostly exercising regularly.
Travel! DH and I want to get some trips in before TTC.
Save money toward a house (which may be difficult given we want to travel)
Get a permanent job with benefits so the last two are remotely feasible
My Bio (wedding pics added 7/6)
My 101
1. Quit cussing. My mouth is atrocious.
2. Lose at least 10 pounds by March.
3. Don't use credit cards at all and actively save more above what we always put away every month.
This.
In the meantime I'm trying to focus on getting myself in a good place physically before TTC. Getting myself off bcp, starting with the prenatals, losing weight...

~All AL'ers welcome~
1. Save money. I just started a much better job and now we are able to put more into savings each month.
2. Eat healthier and lose weight. Once I quit waitressing I thought the weight would fall right off, not so much. I need to join a gym and watch what I eat.
3. Take a big vacation and a few smaller ones. We are already going to Savannah/Charleston for a trip, but I want to go on a cruise and our annual trip tot he beach as well.

Oh I'd love to do a lot of things...
First would be to continue to green our lifestyle...we are very good about this but I want to do more.
I'd love to get back into shape - I don't feel that I've gained too much since the wedding...I just don't feel as toned as I was so I need to work on this.
Save more $, go on a great vacation, buy a house, and finally start TTC.
David and I have the same two main goals-
Getting healthier/better shape/lose a few pounds... with school in the past couple years gym and cooking at home have gone to the wayside... we want to get back to doing those things as often as possible.
For the same reason as above.. and wedding our house has slacked tremendously... it's not dirty but very unorganized... i want to get things put together.... whether that be in our current home or a new home... either way get organized!
not necessarily one of david's but more mine personally(but since ive said something he does like the idea of it)... i want to enjoy things more... i go to work daily and all i hear is "is it friday yet" I dont want to wish our lives away.. i want to enjoy everyday, enjoy the people more, let things roll off my back and not get upset about stupid things... Enjoy lifes daily events! ha
