Leftover Turkey
So, we have A LOT of left over turkey from Christmas and I want to get some ideas on what I should do with it aside from soup and sandwiches.
What do you make with your left over turkey? My MIL brought a 20lb turkey for 8 of us! Nuts.

I made turkey chili yesterday. Same way you make regular chili but add turkey in the last hour instead of ground beef in the beginning.
Turkey pot pie or creamy chicken enchiladas are two of my faves. Super yummy! You could also do turkey a la king.
