Had Baby During Snow Storm

I wish I could have got this up here sooner, but this is the first time I've been on the computer since my little boy came.

12/19/09 I went to the hospital during the start of the snow storm with contractions, but they sent me home.  12 hours later at 4am I woke up with more contractions and my water broke.  It took us an hour to get to the hospital because the roads were horrible.  At 4:11pm Jack was born just in time to see the Eagles kick off.  My midwife is a huge Eagles fan and I promised her I'd push him out by then.  He weighed in at 7lbs 14oz, 21inches.  I'm really glad I didn't have to get induced and would have been upset if I did, because the tests show that his gestation age was actually around 36 weeks.  We are all doing really well.  I'll have pics up soon.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas, I know I did.
