How is everyone? I'm so glad it's Wednesday because it's my half day here and the afternoon at the real estate office. Unfortuately it's my last week. As of tomorrow I am going to be officially "inactive" with my real estate license. I go active again anytime I want but the fees are so outrageous and not enough money coming in to keep going. So when things pick up again I will start again. It sucks but no use spending money that could be spent elsewhere. And I'm glad that tomorrow is the last day before another three day weekend. And the Hokies are playing in their bowl game. Should be a good evening!

I'm doing very well this morning. Emily rolled over for the first time last night so I'm a very proud mom this morning.
I suppose you are no where near Oswego, right? The Best Buy in Oswego had a bunch of them....but that was also last week so who knows.
Michelle, yay about Emily rolling over! No, all the stores within our immediate driving area are out of them. It also probably doesn't help that they are onsale at Best Buy for $39 right now too.
Good morning. It's snowing very lightly here this morning and I am getting ready to clean a bit, shower and then do some grocery shopping...I just need the motivation!
Good morning. I almost hate being off work b/c it throws my sleep schedule off...I was up till 1 AM the past two nights and stayed in bed till 9 this morning, but I was awake since 7...I didn't even sleep very good. I need 150 college credit hours for my license and I somehow convinced myself that i only had 146, so I ended up getting up at 12.30 to dig out my transcript to double check. I see where I was confused now...it shows "Ehrs" (which I'm assuming is Earned Hours) of 131 for my bachelors and GPA hrs of 127...4 hrs were for credit/no credit classes that didn't count towards my degree but they should count towards my license. Then I have 12 other hrs (graduate level) at the Univ. and 7 at the community college = 150 exactly.
This is what I was doing in the middle of the night and I'm still stressing myself out over it.

I'm doing alright - so ready to have a few days off work already!
NM changed it in July of last year to where you can take it w/o the 150 hrs, but you needed the hrs to actually get the license. I need to just call NASBA and ask them, but I don't want to sound like a dumbass..."Hi, I don't know how to read my transcript, can you tell me if I have enough hours?"

Good well afternoon ladies! I am doing good today, trying to get stuff around the house done, already cleaned out our medicine "drawer" (and am now dreaming about a medicine "cabinet"! DH left work to go to the dr. he's had a nasty cough and they called him in stuff yesterday but want to see him, so then we are having pizza for lunch/dinner! So glad I don't have to cook!
Thanks for the input on the emealz thing, I don't think I'm gonna do it now, but it is a good theory, but I guess I just need to make sure I menu plan and then go to the store!
Michelle-congrats to Emily that is awesome, it's amazing how quickly they grow!
