OKay I have to ask...
What was everyone's favorite gift this year?!
I am personally torn between three as my favorite and here they are in no particular order
1. Mom bought me a bag for my sewing machine and some quilting rulers and a walking foot for my machine. I am super duper excited to try it out. I just need to finish a quilt top so I can start doing some quilting.
2. I got a Pandora Charm bracelet and some charms from DH's extended family. I am totally obsessed with the thing.
3. Jason and I gave eachother money to buy eachother a Christmas Present on boxing day. So what did we blow my money on? A new purse and wallet from Coach. It's beyond pretty. I adore it. DH bought a camera and a coat.

We got a Tassimo from my sisters, which I've been wanting for a while. I make disgusting coffee, so really it's a gift for my guests as well
We also used some Christmas money to buy a video camera. We both wanted one before the baby arrives and we just got it in the mail today. Not long now until we get to start using it!

I've been begging him to tear out this hideous fireplace in our house for the past two years, and a couple days before Christmas I came home from running errands to find him in front of a pile of wreckage where the fireplace used to be. It was wonderful! He's been working on it for the past week and we're putting the baseboards on tonight and then we're done. Best gift EVER! Our living room is so much bigger and more functional. The fireplace was huge and ugly and we never ever used it.

I must say that th 42" Plasma t.v. we got from my parents is my fav right now... but very close is from DH - we agreed to spend max $40 on eachother since we were going to buy a video camera on boxing day.
With the $40 DH got me a new hair straightener, a heating pad/bag thingy (I wanted one badly for my back) and 2 'pasmina' shawls..white and grey! It was great! He got me things I really wanted & needed and made him pay attention!
BTW - we got a great deal on a Sony 60GB video camera!!! Poor kid is going to be bombarded! haha
Oh, I got one too! Just a cheapy in my stocking, but we've already used it for turkey salad...mmmm!
I am torn!
I got a new camera which I adore from my parents. I can take tons of pics now and I really needed it.
Nate gave me our first baby item which was a book that I had told him I liked when we began dating and he remembered. So, it was sweet and touching.
Nate also got me travel tickets to take the twins to meet my family in Russia and Spain in August.
