Wanna play a guessing game?
Wanna guess how much weight I've gained in two weeks? Jen and Sarah - you two are banned
It's shamefully high, and I know it's all water, so don't worry about offending me with your guess.
Re: Wanna play a guessing game?
Think puffier. Think really really puffy.
I was going to say 10 but now.........I'm going to say 28
[don't kill me]
Shannon, you're the closest! It's 18.
Seriously, 18 pounds. I'm freaking miserable. I don't have knuckles, my knees are aching from the fluid in them, the carpal tunnel is out of control and we shouldn't even discuss my feet. I'm wearing a size 11 men's slipper as my shoes when I need to go out and even those are only good for a short time and then I can't fit into them.
And my Dr warned me that it's going to get temporarily worse after my C/S.
Let's just hope today's the day!
OMG I feel so bad for you Amy! You sound like you're as swollen as I was with Lexi. If I laid down at night, both of my arms would go numb too. My swelling didn't go down for about 8 weeks after my C/S. It was horrible b/c it hurt to walk. I guess part of the reason that it gets worse after a C/S is b/c of all of the IV fluid they give you during the surgery.
Hang in there, not much longer now :-)
Amy you must be so uncomfortable! I hope for your sanity, that you don't have that much longer to wait!

NOOOOO!!!! I knew to expect it to continue for a bit, but didn't realize it could stay that long. I was debating buying compression socks since I have so little time left, but if it continues for that long after, I think I'll definitely invest in a pair
OMG, Amy, that sucks so very much! I hope you get to have that c-section ASAP!
Good luck with everything. Can't wait to hear about little Gavin.
*Big hugs!*
