For those who don't wash their hair
everyday, what do you do? Do you wet it? Just wash the hairline? Just condition? Or leave it totally dry? I am trying this, but I don't know what to do!

Re: For those who don't wash their hair
I usually put my hair up in a bun when I shower on days that I don't wash my hair and leave it as dry as I can (the hairline usually gets wet when I wash my face).
Sometimes I just rinse it but more often then not I just leave it dry.

Forgive my ignorance - but you guys dont wash your hair? Ever? What is the reasoning? Inquiring minds want to know!!!
My hair gets so greasy looking if I dont wash it, and my scalp gets super itchy!

LOL!! I had asked about washing your hair every other day b/c I heard it was good to skip a day. My hair has been getting dry but usually gets really greasy if I don't wash it every day. I decided to try the every other day thing while I'm on vacation and it's not as bad as I thought.
Yeah, I usually just pin back my bangs with bobby pins, and then put the rest up in a bun. it will get wet at the nape of my neck and usually around the hairline. It's usually not a big deal unless I straightened it, in which case a few quick passes on the newly wavy areas with my straight iron take care of that.
I haven't used the dry shampoo yet, but I want to get some to use. I've used my sister's once or twice, and liked it.

I pin it up while I shower and then take it down and blow it around with the hairdryer to give it a lift. Then I figure out if it is getting straightened again and staying down or if it is going up.
I don't have any suggestions as to how to skip a day because I can't and I just wanted to say I'm incredibly jealous.
I have super oily hair and I actually use dry shampoo in the evening if I'm going somewhere to touch up the greasies I get (even after washing my hair that morning). I just thought for those of you considering dry shampoo, the ojon rub out stuff stinks horribly. It works well, but smells really bad. I currently use Oscar Blandi and it has a light lemony scent but I don't think it works quite as well as the Ojon, however I can deal with the slightly less effectiveness and the pleasant smell over more effective but has a offending odor.
